About the Author

Danielle Marie Wright is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of ​experience in the auto industry, leadership, and consulting. As a ​business, financial, and credit consultant, she co-pastors The ​Restoration Place church in Cherry Hill, NJ, with her husband, where ​she is also a co-founder. Danielle is dedicated to fostering effective ​leadership through her innovative S.A.W. principles, focusing on ​Stability, Ability, and Willingness.


She recently developed the S.A.W. Principles, introducing a new ​framework for leadership. Danielle conducted a transformative ​five-week course that provided leaders with practical tools and ​knowledge, resulting in significant testimonies from participants. As ​the owner of Wright Decision Group, an auto and credit consulting ​firm, she has a proven track record in saving nonprofit and for-​profit businesses.


Danielle’s journey from obtaining a GED to earning a bachelor’s ​degree exemplifies her resilience and determination. She had her ​first child at 16, which led her to quit school and work to support her ​child. After turning to God, she pursued and completed her ​bachelor’s degree.


Danielle came to church and got saved in 1998 with three children ​out of wedlock. She met her boyfriend now husband, who was born ​and raised in the church, at the church. After they got married in ​2003, they had two children of their own, becoming a happy family. ​They have been happily married for 20 years, going on 21, with 5 ​children and five grandchildren.


Danielle’s mission is to empower leaders to build strong, resilient ​organizations. She believes that effective leadership starts with a ​solid foundation and a commitment to personal and professional ​growth. “My journey has been one of learning, growth, and ​transformation. I wrote this book to share the principles that have ​guided my success and to help others achieve their full potential.”
